Last weekend in Lausanne the “2011 Triathlon Relais Entreprise” (Companies Triathlon Relay) was organised. The concept is quite simple, companies can name as many teams of three from their employees as they want, each team member being assigned to one of the three activities: swimming, cycling, or running.

This year, participants had to be (very!) motivated since the start with swimming was at 7:15 on a Sunday morning.

    Wednesday 10 August 2011

He has coached some good athletes in the sprints and hurdles.

My adventure with sport began in 2000. I played football, and later I started practicing running. I took up athletics after school. I have been leading forums and managing websites of my ...
