  • UK Athletics Youth Advisory Group

    As part of our commitment to improve the experience that young people enjoy in our sport, UK Athletics have established a Youth Advisory Group (YAG).

    The YAG is made up of 14 young people aged between 16 and 25. With the members being selected from coaches, athletes, officials, leaders, and administrators, we have a wide range of knowledge and experience, which will be used to assist UK Athletics to improve the way in which we support the young people we work with, regardless of their role or level of involvement.

  • Ecotrail Paris Ile-de-France: The Vital Role of Volunteers

    The Eco-Trail of Paris Ile-de-France 2011 organised by the « Trailers of Paris » will take place on March 26. This event proposes to discover the fun of trail running in natural landscape in Ile de France. It is designed to provide the opportunity to a maximum of persons to participate whatever the level of physical performance.

    During this week end the people can choose from four separates events/distances:
    - The 80km which starts from St-Quentin-en-Yvelines and arrives in Paris on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower. This trail comprises of 92% of tracks and paths, with 1500m of vertical gain ...
