    What is inclusion? Inclusion can be defined as ‘the action or state of including or being included within a group or structure’, with this in mind how many of our local clubs/schools/local authorities make Athletics inclusive for all?

    If you have club nights for a specific age group and the athletes with physical disabilities train away from their peers is that inclusive or exclusive? If you have 20 young athletes in your group of which 10 train separately with another coach because of ability is that inclusion or exclusion? I hope you find that the answer to both ...

    Have you ever heard the phrase “American Dream“? You probably have... and so have I. It is a phrase that for me, symbolises the prosperity and development across the pond. It is something that has captivated me ever since I started doing track and field back in my homeland in Estonia.   • Run Eco Team -the importance of being a role model for the next generation

    Do you remember that one year ago Mark Zuckerberg (founder and CEO of Facebook) set himself a challenge about running? He wanted to run 365 miles in one year and share this experience with as many people as possible. He took on the challenge in 2016. He called the challenge « A Year of Running » and created a facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/ayearofrunning/) to discuss running all over the world and where everyone could see his progress.
