  • European Week of Sport #BeActive

    Yesterday the European Commission launched the “EUROPEAN WEEK OF SPORT”, an initiative that has the main goal of getting people moving all around Europe!

    With the slogan of “INFORM. INSPIRE. FACILITATE.” the European Week of Sport aims to promote sport and physical activity across Europe. The Week is for everyone, regardless of age, background or fitness level. With a focus on grassroots initiatives, it will inspire Europeans to #BeActive on a regular basis and create opportunities in peoples’ everyday lives to exercise more.

  • On our way to Eskilstuna and Tallinn

    This July will be full of exciting athletics events in Europe: the European Athletics Under-23 Championships take place in Tallinn, Estonia, from 9 to 12 July and just a week later the European Athletics Junior Championships will be held in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

    Although the competitions are for different age groups, they have something in common: the European Athletics anti-doping education programme “Run Clean, Jump Clean, Throw Clean” will have an information desk during both of the 4-day-events.

  • My new responsibility as ENGSO Youth Board Member

    Last week was on of the best weeks I had in a very long time, regarding my engagement into the sport community. I was in Lisbon, where I was elected as ENGSO Youth Board Member for 2015/2017.

    It is an honor for me to be part of this team of 9 young leaders, including me, to speak up, and raise the voice of youth at European level. I am highly motivated, well prepared and determined to carry out many projects and initiatives that will reinforce the development of the youth and sport sector.
