    My name is Camilla Jane Lovell, athlete from "Playas de Castellon" athletics club. I had the honour to participante in the fifth edition of the EA Young Leaders Forum, that took place in Amsterdam along side the European Atheltics Championships. I represented Spain and the Spanish Athletics Federation, and joint with many other nationalities and countries we shared great experiences and shared inside knowledge of our diferrent countries.

    My name is Maryia Badzich and I was a participant at the 5th European Athletics Young Leaders Forum in Amsterdam. I was representing the Belarus Athletic Federation and together with other young leaders from all around Europe we actively participated at the 5-day seminar.

  • What I have learnt at the Forum in Amsterdam

    My name is Rauno Liitmäe and I was a participant at the 5th European Athletics Young Leaders Forum in Amsterdam. I was representing the Estonian Athletic Association (EAA) and together with other young leaders from all around Europe we actively participated at the 5-day seminar.

    During the Forum, we discussed about topics like project management, funding opportunities, doping prevention programs, innovative communications, sustainability of projects and initiatives, etc. The 3 most important lessons that I learnt are as follows:
